History of Aruba

Did you know that Aruba's earliest inhabitants were the Arawak Indians. You can see many of their artifacts when you visit the Historical Museum of Aruba. You can view many of the cave drawings which tells the history of Aruba. The history of Aruba can be found in its food, culture, and its people.

Aruba'a Tunnel of Love & Guadirikiri Caves

There is so much to do while you are on the island like of Aruba. Do you like visiting dark, damp caves. Well there is this one that is called the Tunnel of Love. The Tunnel of Love is part of the Arikok National Park. The Guadirikiri Caves have a legend attached to it. The story speaks about two people who were in love but the woman was married. They died together in the cave and afterward their spirits shot up through the top of the cave. How very interesting.
